They were showcase authentic Colombian cuisine and the culture. The Bandeja Ruana is one of the signature dishes, everything tasted super fresh and flavorful. Entrana En Salsa De Camarones, skirt steak topped with shrimp sauce. Bandeja Ruana, special platter grilled steak, rice, beans, fired pork skin, sausage, black sausage, sweet plantain, egg avocado Canastas De Guacamole Con Camaron, green plantain baskets with guacamole and shrimp. ”
